1. With your permission, I will be able to connect to your computer remotely, via the Internet.

2. While talking to you on the phone, I will be able to solve your problem from my own desk.

3. For this service to work, you will need be able to load Windows and connect to the Internet.

Remote Support is being offered at the rate of $30/hr, which represents a 25% discount off the on-site support rate. It is being billed in 15 minute increments and starts only from the time the remote connection has been established.
